Black Bean, Tomato and Corn Salad

One can of black beans, flavored or plain; drained
One can petite diced tomatoes, flavored or plain (do not drain)
One can kernel corn; drained
Splash of vinegar
Splash of oil
Bagel seasoning to taste, or any combo of your favorite herbs: dill, cilantro, pepper flakes, celery salt
Chopped scallions or parsley to garnish
This dish could not be easier. Put the vegetables in a bowl and stir them until combined. Add a splash of vinegar and/or oil as desired. Taste as you add seasonings, so you don’t over-salt or over-spice. Garnish and serve at room temperature or chilled.
