Grooving to Yacht Rock

Thurston Howell Band brought its Premier Yacht Rock Spectacular with Taylor Winchester to The Amp Ballantyne™ in July. Performers and attendees donned captains’ hats and whisked away on a nostalgic odyssey through the smooth sounds of the ‘70s and ‘80s, sprinkled with a dash of modern zest. Local vendors sold bites and brews during the show.

Live at The Amp is a community concert series through October. Save the date for upcoming performances: B Sharp on Sept. 12 and 20 Ride on Oct. 3.
