Spooky Race Raises Funds for Cancer Patients

The Move For Jenn Foundation held its fourth annual Pajamas All Day 5K/10K – Spooky Edition on Saturday, Oct. 29, at Blakeney Professional Park in South Charlotte.

The family-friendly event included DJ music, a raffle, trick‑or-treating, a sponsor expo, food vendors, inflatables, a petting zoo and creepy crafts. Tito’s Handmade Vodka served adult beverages, and the Foundation’s award-winning Hops on One Leg NE IPA from Middle James Brewing was also available.

The Move For Jenn Foundation offers grants in the form of activewear prosthetics to those who have lost a limb to sarcoma or other affiliated diseases. It also aims to find a cure for sarcoma and better treatment options for patients.
