I wake up to my one-year-old screaming. No need to have an alarm clock. I take him and my Frenchie, Vinny, for our morning walk. Then, it’s off to work from home. At night, it’s workout time!

I have worked from home for nine years. I wake up, eat breakfast and get to work across the hall. I make time for exercise in the early evening.
