Typical day
I wake up, go to the gym and take my yellow Lab for a walk. Then, I go into the office to tackle the day. In the evenings, I cook a fresh dinner after taking my dog out for another walk.
What brings you joy?
I have learned that practicing to love brings the most joy in life. By that, I mean love what you do, love yourself, love your family, love your neighbors. You can’t go wrong living by that principle.

My day starts with a strong cup of coffee. After work, I enjoy walking on a local greenway or doing something creative at home. I end the day with a good meal, my favorite show and some cat cuddles.
How do you maintain your well-being?
Being in tune with myself and understanding what my body needs. Some days, that’s being active and eating healthy; other days, it’s having alone time to decompress and (enjoying) a sweet treat. It’s all about balance.

Lake Garda, Italy.

Hometown: I was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina, but grew up in Atlanta, Georgia.

Typical day
My day starts at 5:30 a.m. with a cup of coffee and a morning run, setting the pace for the day. After a pleasant drive to the company HQ in Ballantyne, I spend the day meeting with local companies and technology partners, strategizing, pitching and negotiating. I like to hike, kayak and play tennis in the evening.
Favorite Travel Destination
Sweden and Norway.
